Yes — this is one of our most common engagements. We plan the migration to preserve mail, calendars and contacts, and typically run it with minimal downtime outside business hours.
Do you set up security, or just the mailboxes?+
Both — mailboxes without MFA and conditional access are a common way accounts get compromised, so security configuration is part of the setup, not a separate engagement.
Will there be downtime for our team during the migration?+
We schedule the cutover outside business hours where possible, so most of your team experiences it as a brief mail client re-login rather than an outage.
