Usually not entirely — we typically restructure how existing content is presented at each breakpoint rather than rewriting it from scratch, unless the audit turns up real copy problems.
Do you test on actual devices or just browser tools?+
Both — browser emulation catches most issues quickly, but we validate on real iOS and Android devices before launch since touch targets and performance behave differently in practice.
