Shipping and Exchange Policy
Last updated October 2026. SkyQ Tech Private Limited delivers digital IT services. This page explains how deliverables are provided and how revisions work.
No physical shipping
SkyQ does not manufacture or sell physical goods. We do not ship parcels, hardware or merchandise. Everything we sell on this website and through our invoices is a digital service or a digitally delivered product (for example website files, software, design assets, cloud configuration or domain registration arranged on your behalf).
How services are delivered
Deliverables are shared electronically — typically by email, a shared drive, a staging or production URL, or access to an account we set up for you. Delivery timelines are those written in your service agreement, proposal or statement of work. There is no courier tracking number because nothing is dispatched by post or courier.
Domain names and third-party services
When we register a domain or provision a third-party product (such as business email or hosting) for you, “delivery” means the registry or vendor has activated the product against the details you supplied. Activation times follow that vendor’s systems. Once registered or provisioned in your name, those products cannot be “exchanged” for a different product through SkyQ; changes follow the vendor’s own rules.
Revisions instead of exchanges
Because our work is digital and custom, we do not offer product exchange in the retail sense. Feedback and revision rounds are handled as set out in your agreement — for example a fixed number of design iterations or change requests within a milestone. Extra scope beyond that agreement is quoted separately. If a deliverable does not match what was agreed, contact us and we will correct it under the warranty or acceptance terms of that agreement.
Failed or delayed delivery
If electronic delivery fails (for example a broken download link or missing access), email hello@skyq.tech with your invoice reference and we will re-send or restore access at no extra charge. Delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals or third-party outages are communicated as soon as we know about them and may shift the delivery date by a matching amount.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page will change when we do. The policy that applies to a given engagement is the one published when that engagement was confirmed, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
