Website rebuild · UAE

A site that holds up in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and on a phone.

SkyQ redesigns and launches websites for UAE clinics, schools, consultancies, and NGOs whose current site is not mobile, still on an old stack, or missing entirely.

Send the current URL — or say you have none. We reply with a short teardown within one business day.

Why this email

The same four problems keep showing up on the sites we audit.

Not actually mobile

Menus, tables, and forms that only work on a wide screen. Most of your visitors are not on one.

An old stack

Unsupported CMS versions, plugin rot, and pages that cannot be changed without a developer — or a rebuild.

Slow, dated, untrusted

Heavy pages, broken metadata, and a look that reads as “this organisation has not invested in itself.”

No site yet

The practice, school, firm, or charity is real. Search and referrals still hit a Facebook page or a dead domain.

Sectors we are writing to

Healthcare, education, consultancy, and NGOs.

Different visitors, same failure: a site that was built for a desktop demo years ago — or never built at all.

Healthcare

Patients decide in seconds. Most clinic sites lose them first.

Someone on a phone is looking for a department, a doctor, or a number — not a slideshow. We rebuild hospital and clinic sites so that path is obvious, fast, and readable on a small screen.

  • Doctor and department lists buried behind a desktop menu
  • Pages that stall on mobile data before the content appears
  • A site that looks fine in the office and breaks on an iPhone

Education

Applicants search on a phone. Course pages still assume a desktop.

Universities and training providers leak enquiries when courses, fees, and admissions are scattered across department microsites. We rebuild around how students actually search.

  • Admissions and fees take more than two taps to find
  • Notices and departments piled on until the nav is unusable
  • A template that has not been touched since the last prospectus

Consultancy

A prospect checks your site before they take the call.

Advisory firms live or die on credibility. We replace generic “About” pages with clear positioning, real service lines, and a next step that does not feel like a contact black hole.

  • The homepage could belong to any firm in your category
  • Services written in vague language, not who they are for
  • No clean way to book a conversation from a phone

NGOs & nonprofits

Donors and volunteers judge the work by the website first.

If the mission is buried and giving is awkward, people leave. We design nonprofit sites that show impact clearly and make donate / volunteer / partner paths actually usable.

  • Mission and programmes hidden under dense text
  • Donate or volunteer actions that fail on mobile
  • A site that looks under-resourced and undercuts the work

How we work with UAE teams

Remote, named, and on your clock.

Same-day overlap with Gulf working hours. English-first sites; Arabic pages when you need them. We do not pretend to have a storefront in United Arab Emirates. We do ship the kind of site a UAE visitor expects: fast on a phone, current in the stack, and clear about the next step.

How a rebuild runs

From teardown to a live site.

01

Teardown

We look at the live site — or the gap where one should be — and write back what is costing you enquiries, not a slide deck.

02

Design

Structure first: what a patient, applicant, client, or donor needs to do. Then the look. Not a theme stretched to fit.

03

Build

A modern, maintainable stack. Mobile is the default. Old plugins and frozen CMS installs stay behind.

04

Launch

Redirects if you already rank. Hosting and a handoff your team can live with. We stay reachable after go-live.

FAQ

Before you reply to the campaign.

Do you work with private clinics and international schools in the UAE?+

Yes — that is the core of this campaign. We rebuild public sites for private healthcare, education groups, advisory firms, and charities that need to look current to residents and international clients.

Can the site be English and Arabic?+

Yes. We typically ship English-first so the structure is right, then add Arabic pages and a language switch where you need them — not a bolted-on translation of a broken layout.

How do you handle timezone and weekends?+

We plan around Gulf working days. Reviews and launches are scheduled with you; we do not disappear for a US-style weekend in the middle of your week.
